Thus they can work on a contract basis to give the individual time to send them off from work if one cannot handle the salary. Since they work under the control of janitors, they get assigned different duties that enhance the cleanliness of the premise or institution.

Good reputation. Caretakers that have a good name are usually trusted to the extent that they can handle the cleanliness of private rooms. Some buildings such as banks and supermarkets house delicate documents that require privacy thus if the caretaker has good character, they can work well. Theft cases are also reduced when you have providers with good character.
