Now the kind of job that one will land would most likely depend on his experience and his caliber. Of course if one has just started out, then he will definitely be a representative which is a front liner of the company. For those who have more experience in the field, he can actually try a management position.

Now if one would go for these kinds of positions, he will actually be the one managing the representatives. So he will take care of training, area distribution, and basically bridging the representatives with the management. As a manager, he will be receiving a salary plus commission also on each sale that was made under him.

So as one can see, there are a lot of things to consider when going into this field. It is first very important for one to know what he is good at. Once he does this, then he may go full blast.
